Creative advice and project fulfilment is to add general design and decorating aesthetic enhancement, consistency; as well as greater functionality, to your home or working environment. All products, whether sourced, commissioned; or designed and produced, are offered to the client at trade prices.

Schematic Design
$4,800
This is the creative aspect of the project. It is the preparation of the storyboards with the overall scheme of the property – the interior look and feel; colours and finishes including walls, floor, tiles, kitchen cupboards; storage concepts; fabrics; window treatments; key/focal point furniture and lighting for room layouts.
You are presented with three schemes. Each scheme contains comprehensive product detail and pricing. For further product choices, the client will be charged at an hourly rate. Schematic quote includes full property measure-up with relevant working photographs; creative concepts including sketches and floor plans; time spent sourcing materials; time spent creating storyboards; and full product details and costings.
Design Development
$1500
This is the development of the schematic design from storage and display solutions; to bathroom, kitchen and bedroom joinery.
It is the technical aspect that includes accurate drawings and measurements of the approved concept for contractor fulfilment. This reduces client stress in the knowledge that the contractor will work to the designer’s creative brief.
NOTE: This fee does not include project management of the tradespeople - that is calculated at approx 10% of the contractor fee and negotiated separately.
Decorating Fulfillment
$2500
This is the aesthetic completion of the schematic and development aspect. It is the fulfilment of room layout including all purchasing and placement of items (either bought, commissioned, or designed and produced by Seeger By Design); and includes edit and styling for final presentation.
NOTE: This is the creative fee only and does not include the purchase or production prices on items as presented in the Schematic Design.
