Vikki Turton
Note from Seeger Gallery: Vikki’s works have a gentle integrity – and her love of the environment is illustrated through her organic line work. With a fine eye for detail, and an overall strong design element, Vikki’s subtle compositions undulate and embrace the micro and macro themes in different ecosystems. Vikki’s sensitivity to the world around her, allows us, the viewer, to catch a glimpse of a fragile world.

“It is difficult to remove myself from the thought of how delicate these ecosystems are that make up and are part of our larger world. To recognize their beauty and acknowledge their significance can be a first step in preserving what is beautiful and fragile… not unlike life itself.” Vikki Turton.

Vikki is a Brisbane-born artist – she has worked in Education, the Arts; and is part of a publishing team where she uses her graphic design skills.
